Order Information
No, sorry, I only accept orders placed through ButterBeeScraps.com.
I do everything possible to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience at ButterBeeScraps.com; however, sometimes my computer puts on its cranky pants and decides to make shopping online miserable. If this happens, please do not hesitate to contact me any time of day. I do my best to respond to your request as quickly as possible; however, at times it may take up to 24 hours to respond. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
You should receive a confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. Any orders placed on ButterBeeScraps.com also appear on your “My Account” page immediately after an order is placed.

If you do not receive an email within 24 hours and your order does not appear on your “My Account” page, please contact me for assistance.

After your payment is processed, you will be directed to an “Order Details” page, where there will be a link to download any patterns that you purchased. The link will be located directly under the item description of the downloadable product.

Alternatively, you can visit your “Downloads” page where you will find links to all of the downloads you have purchased.

Note that you are allowed to download any pattern that you purchase up to 3 times for your own personal use only, and have 30 days in which to download your patterns, after which time the download links will no longer be available.

If at any time after the initial 30 day period, you have lost a downloadable product that you have purchased from me, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will ensure that you receive a copy of the product you purchased.

I put a TON of time and effort into creating the most awesome and easy to follow instructions and patterns possible. Therefore, all of my downloadable products are intended for personal use only. If you would like to teach a project described in one of my patterns, please contact me and I’m sure we can come to an agreement to make this possible πŸ™‚
You sure can! Just send me a note and I will do my best to accommodate any requests you have provided your order has not already shipped. Note that making changes to an order after it is placed may extend the processing time of your order.
You will receive a shipping notification email from PayPal once your order is shipped. A tracking number will be included in the email if it’s available for the shipping method you chose. You can also access your order status at any time from your “My Account” page, provided you were logged into an active account when the order was placed.

If you need further assistance, please contact me with your order number and date your order was placed.

Unfortunately, I am only human and sometimes make mistakes with my inventory quantities. If an item on your order is out of stock for whatever reason, I will refund the cost of the out of stock item and adjust the shipping charge if applicable.

I understand that you may not be able to utilize particular supplies unless the entire order is available. In these cases, please include a special request in the “Comment Section” of your order form. I will be sure to contact you if a specially requested item is not available.

Unfortunately, I do not accept backorders at this time and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am sorry, I do not offer refunds on downloadable products at this time. If you do purchase a downloadable product that you are unhappy with, please contact me so that I may resolve any concerns you may have.

In order to start collecting rewards, or “beebits”, you must first create an account on my website. You will earn some “beebits” just for registering, and then will continue to collect “beebits” based on the amount purchased from my shop. For complete details, please refer to my rewards program.
You can redeem your “beebits” at any time from your cart during checkout.
You can redeem as little as 1 “beebit”, and up to enough “beebits” to cover 25% of your order πŸ™‚

No, I only allow the use of one coupon code per order, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping
I ship every day from Monday to Friday, except on Canadian holidays (which we seem to have a lot of compared to our Southern neighbors). Typically, orders will ship the next business; however, if you’re really lucky, your order may ship the same day it is placed. That being said, please allow up to three business days for your order to ship…sometimes I just need a break and go away for a long weekend.

Absolutely, you can! If you are going to be in the area, just contact me before placing your order and I will issue a coupon code that can be used during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the requested shipping speed, and the travel distance. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the total dollar value or the number of items in your order.

Countries outside of Canada may charge additional taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees upon delivery. Please check your local customs office for more information. These fees are your responsibility.

If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply use the “quick shipping calculator” in your shopping cart. After entering your zip code and state, select your preferred shipping method, and then click the “Apply” button. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.

I know you are anxious to get your order and start creating, so I strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Currently, more than 90% of orders are shipped within one business day.

Delivery times do vary depending on the shipping method chosen during check-out. For detailed information on estimated delivery times, please refer to my Shipping Information before contacting me directly.

When you place an order, you will be given several options to choose from. Please refer to my Shipping Information for details on the different shipping methods available for your country.
You are responsible for assuring that the product you order can be lawfully imported into your country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once your order reaches your country. You are responsible for any and all import fees.

I have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be; however, I do know that US customers can import up to $200 USD of product from my store without the risk of paying any customs fees. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Note that when customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can delay the delivery of your order beyond my estimates.

Absolutely it is! My website is scanned regularly for Malware, and is SSL encrypted to protect your personal information, passwords and payment details. I also never share or sell your personal information to other companies.
In order to ensure that your (and everyone else’s) personal information is kept secure, I require that you create a strong password for your account.

A strong password will include all of the following:

  • not be a recognizable word
  • contain at least one number
  • contain at least one special character (#@%$&^)
I currently accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. You can also pay via Discover and American Express by choosing “PayPal” as your payment option and using their services. You do not require a PayPal account to do this.

It would be impossible to update in print form; however, I like to think of my online store as a virtual catalog. All of my products can be found in the store with a picture, price, and description.
