The scale and/or measurements of all items are clearly shown or given in the item photos or description, and all of the items pictured are accurately represented. Please ensure you check the item description before you place an order.
Damaged or Lost Items
Items damaged due to improper handling and/or lost items will be replaced free of charge, up to and including the value insured when choosing a shipping option. Any items damaged due to improper packaging with be either replaced free of charge, or fully refunded. Photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided in order to receive this coverage.
Lost items that are shipped via a shipping method that does not include insurance or tracking information are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Items not arriving within delivery times guaranteed by Canada Post will have the shipping charges (not including packaging and handling costs) refunded, less any PayPal transaction fees.
No compensation is offered for items arriving late if delivery times are not guaranteed by the chosen shipping method.
Unfortunately, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for digital downloads.
Returns and Exchanges
If there are any other problems with your order or you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me so that I can help to resolve the problem. Exchanges and refunds (in store credit only) are possible, within 10 business days of receipt of the item(s).
Exchanges and/or store credits will be granted only after the returned item is received. Any “beans” earned on refunded items will be debited from your “beans” account.
Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the items, unless there is clearly a mistake on my part (e.g. wrong item).
